Das NVIDIA/Mellanox MFS1S50-H015V ist ein aktives QSFP56 200 Gbit/s bis 2x100 Gbit/s QSFP56 InfiniBand HDR optisches Splitterkabel. Es nutzt den Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable 56 (QSFP56) und enthält vier elektrische Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kupferpaare, die jeweils mit Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 50 Gbit/s arbeiten. Dieses Kabel entspricht den Standards QSFP56 MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) und IEEE 802.3.

AOCs ermöglichen eine höhere Portbandbreite, höhere Dichte und Konfigurierbarkeit bei geringen Kosten und reduzieren gleichzeitig den Stromverbrauch in Rechenzentren, die häufig in Cloud- und Supercomputern eingesetzt werden. Darüber hinaus werden AOCs häufig verwendet, um NVIDIA GPU-basierte Systeme mit InfiniBand-Netzwerken und InfiniBand-Speicherinfrastrukturen zu verbinden.
